Returns & Exchanges

ProFlexx, LLC stands behind our bodybuilding, powerlifting and weightlifting clothing and accessories.  If you are not happy with your ProFlexx purchase, we will refund or exchange your purchase. Ship your product back to ProFlexx, LLC within 30 days for a refund or product exchange. Your purchased products must not be worn, stained, soiled or damaged for it to be a valid return. Shipping and handling fees, from your initial order, are non-refundable. No returns on clearance items. For all returns that are due to no fault of ProFlexx, LLC, (you) the customer is responsible for the full shipping charges of product returning to ProFlexx, LLC and we will cover the shipping for exchange product to return back to customer. Or, if you just send back the item, we will credit back your credit card the full value of the item itself. Please make sure to include the original packing slip (or hand-written page with your information on it) and a brief description of what you want us to do. Please note that for exchanges where you are requesting to move up from a size large to a 2XL or 3XL, there will be an additional charge as the list prices on all our products are slightly higher for 2XL and 3XL sizes. You will need to contact us to charge your credit card for the difference. For further information about the specifics of our return and exchange policies, please contact us directly.

PLEASE NOTE: THAT CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ON INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES.

 

 

 

Procedure for Returning your Products: 

Q: What happens if I ordered the wrong size and I need to send it in for a different size? What to do?

A: Re-package up your product. Make sure to include the original packing slip that came with your package. This will have your order info as well as your invoice number. Write on it that it was the "wrong size and you need a refund" or "wrong size and I would like to exchange for a different size" -make sure to specify correct size.

We will then confirm that the product is in the original condition. Then we will ship out your new size requested. Please not that size exchanges from a XL going up to a 2Xl or 3XL will be an additional charge. *** PLEASE NOTE: Any returned items from international customers, for an exchange, will have a return postage fee that will need to be paid before the return item is to be shipped. PROFLEXX, LLC will contact you via email and arrange a payment request from the customer at that time.

NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on International purchases or Clearance items. All sales are final.
